Committee details

Sometimes the Planning, Access and Rights of Way Committee will decide that they need to make a site visit to look at a planning application in more detail before they make a decision.  This site visit will be carried out on the morning of the next scheduled PAROW Committee, and the decision will be made at the meeting in the afternoon.  The site visits are not open to the public but at the Chairman’s discretion the landowner or agent may be invited to provide clarification on the application.
