Due to extreme weather there were issues relating to access and the webcast of this meeting.  It is noted that we were quorate at all times.

The Chair advised that we would soon be welcoming back to the Planning Team Mr Alan Southerby, it is hoped he will be starting next week and should be with us for the next Committee meeting.

 

The Chair thanked Mr Julian Edwards and the Planning Team for their hard work during this difficult transition period.

Members were advised that late correspondence had been received from Monmouthshire County Council Land Drainage (MCCLD), National Park Building Conservation Officer (NPBCON), Monmouthshire County Council Highways (MCCHIG), CADW Ancient Monuments (CADW) and Natural Resources Wales, these were summarised by the officer.

 

Due to technical difficulties the Chair authorised a short break, all members returned at 10:55am.
