The Chair took this opportunity to thank the Planning Staff for their hard work this year, expressing his gratitude that they have continued despite all obstacles in their way this year.

 

The Chair welcomed Mr Julian Edwards who joins us as Consultant DM Manager.

 

He also welcomed Mr Rhydian Williams who joins us as a temporary Senior Planning Officer.

 

The Chair said that with sadness, this PAROW would be the last meeting for Ms Tracy Nettleton, who will leave the Authority in the New Year after more than twenty years’ service.  He wished her well in her new role.

 

The Chair advised that we will be reviewing our procedures as required in conjunction with the rules and regulations as set out by the First Minister, Mr Mark Drakeford.  He added this may result in some delays and we would ask that you bear with us during this continued period of uncertainty.
