The Chair announced he would deal with the following items after the Delegated items at Enclosure 6 due to Member commitments that may jeopardise the quoracy of the meeting:

·         Encl 4 – Minutes of the last meeting (7th September 2021);

·         Encl 5 – Confirmed Minutes of the LAF Meeting (29th July 2021).

 

The Chair thanked Alan Southerby who had assisted the planning function as Consultant DM Manager in the past twelve months.

 

The Chair welcomed Heather McDowell who has joined the planning team since the last meeting as a Planning Officer.

Due to technical issues the Chair permitted a short break, all Members and Officers in attendance returned to the meeting.

 

Note: Clarification was sought from the Monitoring Officer during the break and it was agreed that all Members had heard sufficient content to be involved in the decision process.
